I too bought one of these LAN drives from smalldrives.com and I was very happy with their pre-sales and post-sales support.
The delivery was efficient too. It arrived the next day in the first post.
The only minor critisism I had was that the User Manual that came with it led me astray with the installation but one phone call to smalldrives sorted it all out. This may be bacase I am a novice user.
After that, it really was a "plug and play" installation.
I thoroghly reccommend this drive and the suppliers smalldrives.
