These are wonderful products, and I now have two x of these 1 TB drives -- stick them on your network via router or switch (mine's mixed PC and Macintosh), and away you go -- no hassle, they just work straight out of the box. What's so amazing about this supplier is that, should you have a query, someone takes the trouble to pick up the phone and call you! This is a true rarity in this age of Internet shopping where service seems to be a thing of the past. Excellent! I shall return . . .
