What brilliant service. Placed my order by phone Monday, delivered Tuesday (late, but couriers fault).
Being a novice, missed the notice on the inside of the box and pluged in the USB cable!
Rang Small Drives and was offered a walk thro set up with a call back in 20 mins.
When I received the ringback I was given an apologies because the call was a few mins late! (this when doing me a favour).
On completion of setup the drive did exactly what I purchased it for, no running up stairs to switch on the desktop, just grab the laptop and find all my files in one place. Thanks
